Group Services

Overcomer Consulting process groups are designed to help men courageously confront toxic shame and rediscover their true identity in a safe, supportive community. In this online group setting, participants walk alongside other men who understand the struggles of addiction, secrecy, and self-doubt, creating space for honest conversation and meaningful growth. Through guided discussion, accountability, and identity work, men learn to separate who they are from what they’ve done, dismantle false narratives rooted in shame, and rebuild a grounded, healthy sense of self. This virtual format allows for connection, consistency, and depth—no matter where you are—while maintaining confidentiality and structure. This current offering will be 8 weeks long starting Thursday March 12th and ending Thursday April 30th. Each group will be from 5pm till 6:30pm AKST
