The goal of coaching is to be a collaborative process with an ongoing relationship between Paxton and the client. Paxton will help to support the individual in establishing new behaviors and goals through weekly 50 minute sessions. Within these sessions there will be dialogue around given homework and weekly goals. All goals, whether small or large,  will be talked though and crafted in partnership with the individual. The process of coaching will be done through a non-shame filled, strengths-based, forward-looking approach. 

Group work is a phenomenal way to get at the heart of the internal issues you may be facing. Groups are designed to allow for openness, vulnerability and the chance to truly connect with others in a deep way. 

Speaking engagements are a great way to inform your community and get the word out about the damages of shame, the need for identity, and the struggles with pornography and sex addiction.
